Challenge:    The client struggled to train new delivery drivers efficiently while conducting daily business. Drivers were often trained quickly, leaving significant learning gaps due to the time constraints of the one-to-one training model. Many drivers were unprepared or failed to meet company standards. Delivery driver turnover has been an issue due to inexperience and frustration.

Solution:  An online training course was created to give new delivery drivers an overview of delivery procedures and protocols before getting one one-on-one training time behind the wheel. 

Results:    The client had more time to focus on day-to-day business while new employees received initial training independently. New drivers seemed more prepared before getting behind the wheel and employee turnover improved.

Client:  Real Estate State Department   

Challenge:    The client was concerned about the many calls they received regarding the licensure process and how many incomplete applications were being submitted to the department.  

Solution:  An online procedural course was launched to walk licensees through the online application process from start to finish ensuring they clearly understood the requirements for licensure. Licensees received an email link to the course after passing the real estate exam along with their login information.

Results:    The client noted a significant decrease in call volume regarding licensing and fewer application rejections due to errors.
